MuraBella Hosts Realtor Event To Showcase Model and Community

MURABELLA, ST JOHNS COUNTY, FL -

Excitement continues to build for the most captivating community in St. John's County as dozens of real estate agents from around Northeast Florida filled the newly opened model homes at MuraBella - a beautiful 740-home master-planned community from The Wood Development Company of Jacksonville.

Realtors were also entered to win various gift baskets and an array of door prizes. Linda McInnis (Realty Executives) and Suzanne Rose (Coldwell Banker - Walter Williams Realty) were the lucky recipients of the day's top giveaways, two $500 Simon Mall gift cards.

Representatives from MuraBella’s preferred builders were present to answer questions regarding their respective builder's homes within the community. Highlighted by sixty-five, seventy-five, and eighty-five foot wide homesites, the four builders are offering homebuyers a wide selection of floor plans ranging from 1,700 to over 3,000 square feet.
